The location was perfect, right in the heart of the tourist area. It was convenient to walk to all the major attractions. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was amazing, with a stunning view. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met.
The spa was closed during our stay, and we were not informed about it beforehand. at times, the staff were a bit too pushy and kept trying to sell us additional services.

Excellent location near major attractions and transportation. Helpful, knowledgeable staff, especially Emir, Rezan, Zurkuf, Sedaf. Great for families with babies, providing assistance with bottles and milk. Wonderful breakfast with stunning views, served by the kind Zulkuf. Sulaiman makes guests feel at home and fulfills any request. Can't wait to visit again!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including cakes, sausages, and cheeses. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to all the iconic tourist attractions and the city center. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We especially loved the rooftop restaurant with its stunning view of the city.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Sulayman. He made my stay comfortable and memorable, providing guidance and advice every morning. The hotel itself was brand new and very clean. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landmarks. Breakfast was delicious and the perfect way to start the day.

We had a fantastic stay at Azra Sultan Hotel & Spa. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was delicious with breathtaking views of Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The staff, especially Suleyman, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.
While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few minor drawbacks. The noise insulation in the rooms wasn't perfect, and we could occasionally hear noise from outside and other rooms.
