The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions of the city, such as Aya Sofia and the Blue Mosque. It is also close to shopping areas and the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of the historical sights, and is a great spot to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The breakfast spread is good and there are facilities available to meet the needs of different guests, such as a baby-friendly environment and a spa.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the tourist area. It was convenient to walk to all the major attractions. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was amazing, with a fine view. The staff were great, making sure our needs were met.

The spa was closed , and we were not informed about it beforehand. This was quite disappointing as we were looking forward to using the facilities.

Excellent location near major attractions and transportation. Helpful, knowledgeable staff, especially Emir, Rezan, Zurkuf, Sedaf. Great for families with babies, providing assistance with bottles and milk. Wonderful breakfast with stunning views, served by the kind Zulkuf. Sulaiman makes guests feel at home and fulfills any request. Can't wait to visit again!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including cakes, sausages, and cheeses. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to all the iconic tourist attractions and the city center. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We especially loved the rooftop restaurant with its fine view of the city.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Sulayman. He made my stay comfortable and memorable, providing guidance and advice every morning. The hotel itself was brand new and very clean. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landmarks. Breakfast was delicious and the perfect way to start the day.

We had a fantastic stay at Azra Sultan Hotel & Spa. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was delicious with amazing views of Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The staff, especially Suleyman, were pretty good too make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few minor drawbacks. The noise insulation in the rooms wasn't perfect, and we could occasionally hear noise from outside and other rooms.

Friendly staff, clean and newly renovated, helpful with directions and suggestions, close to attractions, made event reservations.

Could not be improved in any way.
